'Max' Davis - Founder

Max has been writing and publishing music and literary works for over 30 years. In 1992 Max founded startup Davis-Reuss, Inc.  As general contractors Davis-Reuss, Inc. contracted with Shell Oil, ARCO/BP, Chevron, Union76, LAMTCA and others for over ten years.  In 1999, Max began the research and development of Internet properties.  In 2002 Max walked away from the contracting business to focus and/or obsess on visions of the future with Internet technologies.  Since then Max has developed Digipie®, LaffLoads™, Luvdarts™, MoBull MoFact™ and other multimedia content and applications.  Max founded DataRevenue.Org in 2008.  DataRevenue.Org is a non-profit trade organization working to establish a new revenue stream from a new source - mobile networks.  Max currently lives in Malibu, California and has a passion for embracing and utilizing today's new tools in creating tomorrow's innovations.

 


 

 

 

 

 

 

George R. Davis - Board of Advisors

Currently, George is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Davis Music Enterprises/Daville Music. He has been publishing music for almost 40 years. In 1971 through 1976 George was the lead publisher at Brunswick Records, based out of Chicago, Illinois. At that time Brunswick Records was one of the innovative leaders in the music industry, releasing such hits as "Oh Girl" (Chi-Lites), "Higher and Higher" (Jackie Wilson), and "Love Makes a Woman" (Barbara Acklin). In 1976 George left Brunswick to join start up label Chi-Sound Records. There he served as Vice President and Publisher for almost 10 years. Out of that experience he birthed Davis Enterprises/Daville Music.

George has a successful proven tract record as man with strong leadership skills. Prior to his experience in the music industry, George had a successful career as a military fire chief for the United States of America's Air Force. He was the first military fire chief to also serve simultaneously as a civilian fire chief. After 21 years of service he retired.

George continues to use his expertise to consult with entrepreneurs on acquiring capitol to set up world wide publishing companies. He currently resides in Chicago, Illinois with his wife Shirlee. He has four sons, one daughter, 10 grandchildren and six great-grand children. George and his wife take pride in cultivating a loving and close knit family.
 

 

 

 

 

Mr Glen Davis - Board of Advisors

For more than 20 years Mr. Davis, has been involved as a Case Manager in major complex commercial litigation, anti-trust class actions and real estate transactional work.  The list of clients assisted by Mr. Davis includes Southern California billboard companies as well as independent multi-media start-ups.

Mr. Davis continues to work for and with several national and international law firms including, Browne Woods George, LLP; McGuireWoods, LLP and Jay Kaplan & Associates as a case manager and litigation paralegal. 

As a licensed real estate agent, Mr. Davis has consulted on behalf of a real estate holding company and developer regarding 40 acres of  prime real estate in Malibu California, has completed many real estate and business opportunity transactions as well as assisted law firms with enforcement of judgment proceedings by levying upon and attaching real estate and other personal and corporate property.
